The OG Fish Tank Guy, Rich founded our store fifty years ago, and with as many years experience in both keeping fish and helping people in the aquarium business, he’s always there to lend a hand. Rich has a keen interest in classic cars.

With 30+ years of experience in keeping fresh and saltwater aquariums, Will brings a breadth of knowledge to our store. Will is an avid enjoyer of scotch whiskey, and listener of Frank Sinatra.

One of our coral specialist, Mike came to us after owning his own reef store, Aquarium Specialties and Research which he started in 2012. He has 20 years prior experience before starting his own shop. Mike also enjoys breeding dart frogs and is big into reptiles.

Alyssa is the head of our aquatic plants department. She brings 5+ years of knowledge and experience. She has several freshwater tanks of her own. She also has knowledge in reptiles and mammals.Alyssa enjoys kayaking, hiking and just being out in nature.

Tessa is the assistant shift lead here at The Fish Tank. She brings 5+ years of experience in keeping aquariums, and has several fresh and saltwater tanks of her own. When she's not in the shop, Tessa enjoys going to concerts, spending time in nature, and attending theme parks to ride roller coasters.

Marshall heads up our service department, and has over twenty years of experience in both freshwater and saltwater aquarium keeping, and has many years in the retail aquarium industry. When he isn’t keeping our customer’s aquariums spotless and healthy, Marshall enjoys photography and spending time with his family.

Shawn has been keeping aquariums since 2016 and joined The Fish Tank team in 2021. He has a wealth of knowledge which he enjoys sharing with our customers. He knows more song lyrics than any one person should and entertains us with his vexatious voice. When he's not being a stand up comedian he enjoys reading, music, movies, and sports.
